Recording session at EMI Studios No. 2 (14:30–17:45) during which they recorded Ticket To Ride.

A further session took place between 19:00–22:20 in Studio 2 at which they recorded Another Girl and I Need You.

First session for the ‘Help!’ LP. John took his driving test in the morning (passed first time) and spent the afternoon recording ‘Ticket To Ride’. (Very apt!)
