The Beatles gathered at Twickenham film studios to record promos for ‘We Can Work It Out’, ‘Day Tripper’, ‘Help!’, ‘Ticket To Ride’ and ‘I Feel Fine’. They had received so many requests for British TV appearances that it was impossible to fulfil them all, so Brian came up with the idea of doing music videos. “The idea was to send them to America,” said George. “Because we thought, well, we can’t go everywhere.
