Performance at the Granada Cinema in Walthamstow, London, as part of their Roy Orbison Tour. They played Some Other Guy, Do You Want To Know A Secret, Love Me Do, From Me To You, Please Please Me, I Saw Her Standing There and Twist And Shout.

There was also a recording session for the radio show ‘Pop Go The Beatles’ at the Aeolian Hall Studios This show was transmitted on 4th June (BBC Light Programme). They played From Me To You, Everybody’s Trying To Be My Baby, Do You Want To Know A Secret, You Really Got A Hold On Me, Misery and Hippy Hippy Shake.

The Beatles recorded their very-own BBC radio show, called Pop Go The Beatles. It ran for the fifteen weeks, with the first one airing on the 4th June. They ended up doing fifty-three shows in total, recording eighty-eight different songs (some as many as twelve times), leaving a stack of 280 recordings. Most of these have since been released on ‘Live At The BBC’. is not affiliated with or approved by The Beatles, Apple, MPL, EMI or Capitol Records.
