Performance at the Granada Cinema in Tooting, London, as part of their Roy Orbison Tour. They played Some Other Guy, Do You Want To Know A Secret, Love Me Do, From Me To You, Please Please Me, I Saw Her Standing There and Twist And Shout.

There was also a recording session for the radio show ‘Pop Go The Beatles’ at the BBC Paris Studio This show was transmitted on 11th June (BBC Light Programme). They played A Shot Of Rhythm And Blues, Memphis, Tennessee, A Taste Of Honey, Sure To Fall (In Love With You), Money (That’s What I Want) and From Me To You.

A further session for ‘Pop Go The Beatles’ took place later in the day at the BBC Paris Studio This show was transmitted on 18th June (BBC Light Programme). They played Too Much Monkey Business, I Got To Find My Baby, Young Blood, Baby It’s You, Till There Was You and Love Me Do.

Sunday, 2nd June

Performance at the Hippodrome Theatre in Brighton, as part of their Roy Orbison Tour. They played Some Other Guy, Do You Want To Know A Secret, Love Me Do, From Me To You, Please Please Me, I Saw Her Standing There and Twist And Shout.

Monday, 3rd June

Wednesday, 5th June

Performance at the Odeon Cinema in Leeds, as part of their Roy Orbison Tour. They played Some Other Guy, Do You Want To Know A Secret, Love Me Do, From Me To You, Please Please Me, I Saw Her Standing There and Twist And Shout.

Friday, 7th June

Performance at the Odeon Cinema in Glasgow, Scotland, as part of their Roy Orbison Tour. They played Some Other Guy, Do You Want To Know A Secret, Love Me Do, From Me To You, Please Please Me, I Saw Her Standing There and Twist And Shout.

Performance at the Pavilion Theatre in Bath.

Performance at the Grafton Rooms in Liverpool.

Thursday, 13th June

Performance at the Palace Theatre Club in Offerton, Stockport.

They played another show at the Southern Sporting Club in Manchester later in the day.

Friday, 14th June

Performance at the Tower Ballroom in New Brighton, Wallasey.

Saturday, 15th June

Performance at the City Hall in Salisbury, attended by 1,500 people.

Sunday, 16th June

Performance at the Odeon Cinema in Romford.

Monday, 17th June

Recording session for the radio show ‘Pop Go The Beatles’ at the BBC Maida Vale Studios This show was transmitted on 25th June (BBC Light Programme). They played I Saw Her Standing There, Anna (Go To Him), Boys, Chains, P.S. I Love You and Twist And Shout.

Tuesday, 18th June

Paul’s 21st birthday party, but John rather ruined it by beating up Bob Wooler, after he jokingly suggested that he slept with Brian in Spain. John was very drunk and said: “He called me a queer so I battered his bloody ribs in.”

Wednesday, 19th June

Recording session for the radio show ‘Easy Beat’ at the Playhouse Theatre This show was transmitted on 23rd June (BBC Light Programme). They played Some Other Guy, A Taste Of Honey, Thank You Girl and From Me To You.

Thursday, 20th June

The Beatles set up a brand new company, called Beatles Ltd., to handle all of their profits. The shares were split evenly between the four of them.

Friday, 21st June

Performance at the Odeon Cinema in Guildford.

Don Short’s article ‘Beatle In Brawl – Sorry I Socked You’ appeared in the ‘Daily Mirror’.

Saturday, 22nd June

Performance at the Town Hall in Abergavenny, Wales (21:50).

There was also a recording session for the TV show ‘Juke Box Jury’ at the Television Theatre. This show was broadcast on 29th June (BBC) and featured an interview with John Lennon.

John appeared on ‘Juke Box Jury’, and, undeterred by the previous day’s bad press, voted every song a miss.

Sunday, 23rd June

Recording session for the TV show ‘Lucky Stars (Summer Spin)’ at the Alpha Television Studios. This show was broadcast on 29th June (ABC). They played From Me To You and I Saw Her Standing There.

Monday, 24th June

Recording session for the radio show ‘Saturday Club’ at the Playhouse Theatre This show was transmitted on 29th June (BBC Light Programme). They played I Got To Find My Baby, Memphis, Tennessee, Money (That’s What I Want), Till There Was You, From Me To You and Roll Over Beethoven.

Tuesday, 25th June

Performance at the Astoria Ballroom in Middlesbrough.

Wednesday, 26th June

Performance at the Majestic Ballroom in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
