What album should they release next?

JpAssuming that the vaults are dry as far as new material is concerned, what album should The Beatles release next? Well probably get a new one at Christmas, because its been a while since the last new one came out, which I think was the updated versions of Red and Blue.

I really wish that they released a better version of Let It Be, I think they missed an opportunity with Let It Be Naked. That 2nd bonus disc could have been brilliant if they included load of outakes from the sesssions. They would have had enough good stuff to fill up a couple of discs at least (and I know, because I have heard a lot of the songs from those sessions). They could have timed it to come out with a DVD of the Let It Be movie, which I have never seen. But I honestly think that we will never get to see that film again until Paul passes away (which will hopefully not be for many more years yet! ) because he doesn’t like how it turned out.

So that is my wish… a complete version of Let It Be, although I know that the chances of them releasing a third version of Let It Be is pretty slim. Sad face

MathiasThe Beatles are one of the few big important bands that haven’t got a live album (i know they had the hollywood bowl album but that hasnt been available for years). I know there is probably poor sound on them with a lot of screaming and noise but they should be able to find a decent double CD of live tracks. They could start at the Cavern and end with the concert on the roof – have it covering their whole career from start to finish Smiling face
