5-star review  from  Mike C

The break out single for the band that changed Rock And Roll Music forever. These guys we’re the prototype boy band before Justin Timberlake was a wet spot in the back seat of his grandfathers car, and evolved into the band that will be imitated until the end of time.

4-star review  from  Richard Dredge

To try and choose the best Beatles single is just being unfair as they are all great, I’ve selected this one because of the innocence behind it, the song is kind of childlike in its delivery and lyrics, the lyric "and when I touch you I feel happy inside" is innocence at its best.
I suppose this song reminds me more about my childhood, together with the B-side This Boy of myself with my plastic toy violin bass with multi coloured strings on it with a black and white picture of The Beatles on the front playing this song over and over on my sister’s Dansette record player out in the back yard during school summer holiday in 1964, my best friend had to make do with a tennis racket but I had the real deal and he was Lennon and I was McCartney… AHHH… memories, priceless! .
