The Beatles -- ‘If Youve Got Trouble’

If You’ve Got Trouble (2.48)

Ringo Starr: Double-tracked lead vocal, drums; John Lennon: Backing vocal, rhythm guitar; Paul McCartney: Backing vocal, bass guitar; George Harrison: Lead guitar;

This was recorded during the ‘Help!’ sessions in 1965, but Ringo ended up dumping it in favour of ‘Act Naturally’. You can hear what he thought of it during the instrumental break when he cries out forlornly “Rock on… anybody…”

It has now been made available on ‘Anthology 2’.
