This song was captured live in December ’62, during their two-week stint at the Star-Club. It was a cover of Chuck Berry’s first Top 20 hit in the UK.

“It was about an incident at the Ottawa Coliseum, the night I first saw Paul Anka,” said Berry. “He was just a kid then, running through the corridors with this song he’d written and wanted somebody to record it. At the same time there was a small German doll that was trying to catch up with different artists on the show. Later I was coming through the exits in the opposite direction and came upon the little doll again still in flight and in still search of autographs, not in the least bit bothered that the show was progressing toward the end.
